Prices
$29 diagnostic fee, taken off the repair price if you go ahead. After diagnosing it we email a quote with parts, labor and (for mail-in) insured return shipping. Nothing is repaired without your OK, and repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the part replaced and the work done. Mail it in from anywhere in the US, or drop it off in Lansing, MI by appointment.
Software problems (slow computer, viruses, Wi-Fi, printers) can often be fixed remotely instead: Remote Quick Fix: $49 for up to 30 minutes, or Remote Support: $79 for up to 60 minutes. Book and pay online; we email you within 2 business days to set a time. You start the remote connection yourself and can end it at any time. No fix, no fee: if we can’t fix the problem you booked for, you get a full refund. For customers in the United States.
