Price and warranty
$29 diagnostic fee, taken off the repair price if you go ahead. After diagnosing it we email a quote with parts, labor and (for mail-in) insured return shipping. Nothing is repaired without your OK, and repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the part replaced and the work done. Mail it in from anywhere in the US, or drop it off in Lansing, MI by appointment.

How much does a phone screen repair cost?+
It depends on the model. We diagnose it for $29 and email an exact quote; the $29 is taken off the repair price.
Can you replace a tablet battery?+
Yes, we replace batteries in phones and tablets. If it’s swollen, don’t mail it—tell us first.
My phone won’t charge. Can you fix the port?+
Often, yes. A worn or dirty charging port is a common cause, and we repair or replace it after the $29 diagnosis.
Do I need to give you my passcode?+
No. Don’t write it anywhere. If we need to test something that requires it, we’ll ask how you’d like to handle it.
