- New computer setup: setting up a new PC and moving your files and settings from the old one.
How a home visit works
- Send a free request below. Tell us what you need and your town. We reply within 2 business days.
- Pay the $99 visit fee online to book. Then we email you to set the time and ask for your address.
- We come to you. The fee covers up to 60 minutes of work. You sign in yourself when needed; we never ask for your passwords.
- Need more time or a part? We tell you the price first. Extra time is $40 per 30 minutes; you pay it by a link afterwards, only if you said yes.
Where we visit
Lansing, East Lansing, Okemos, Holt, DeWitt, Grand Ledge, Mason, Delta Township, Haslett and Williamston, Michigan. Somewhere else? We can often help remotely, or you can mail a device in.
Cancelling or moving a visit
Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before the visit for a full refund. Later than that, or if no one is home, the visit fee is kept but you can reschedule once for free. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund. Full details are in our policies.
