Mail-in and drop-off repair

Get your device
looked at properly.

Windows laptops, desktop PCs, game consoles, phones and tablets. Mail it in, or drop it off in Lansing by appointment. Every repair is quoted before any work starts.

How it works

  1. Send this request. It’s free. Don’t send the device yet.
  2. We reply within 2 business days to say whether we can help.
  3. Pay the $29 diagnostic fee online. Then we email you how to mail your device, or set a drop-off time in Lansing. Our packing and drop-off guide has every step.
  4. We diagnose it and email you a quote: parts, labor and (for mail-in) insured return shipping, with your $29 already taken off.
  5. Pay the quote to approve the repair. Nothing is repaired without your OK. You get it back with a 90-day warranty.

Decide not to go ahead, or it can’t be repaired? You choose: we send it back (you pay the return shipping) or you pick it up if you dropped it off, or we recycle it for free. The $29 diagnostic fee isn’t refunded. Full details are in our repair terms.
