Yes, in most cases. In a Remote Support session ($79, up to 60 minutes) we remove the malware, pop-ups and unwanted programs while you watch. No fix, no fee.
I got a pop-up saying my computer is infected with a phone number. What should I do?+
Don’t call the number and don’t let anyone connect. Close the browser (restart if needed), then book a session with a service you contacted yourself.
How long does virus removal take?+
Most clean-ups fit in a 60-minute Remote Support session. If it needs more time, we stop and ask before continuing.
Do I need to install anything?+
Only a legitimate remote-support tool, during the session, which you start yourself and can close at any time.
