Remote support
Scheduled remote sessions can help with software troubleshooting, common error messages, operating-system settings, updates, setup, and everyday device questions. Access begins only after the scope is confirmed and you approve the connection method.
Slow computer
Startup delays, freezing, storage pressure, background programs, updates, and practical performance checks.
Malware & pop-ups
Suspicious browser behavior, unwanted applications, basic cleanup, and safer settings. Advanced incident response is referred out.
Wi-Fi & router
Home-network setup, dropped connections, device connectivity, and basic router guidance when remote review is practical.
Printer setup
Drivers, print queues, wireless setup, and common connection problems. Mechanical failures require other service.
Email & Office
Application setup, updates, sign-in guidance, and common usage issues. Account recovery remains with the account provider.
Windows & software
Settings, installations, compatibility questions, updates, and common error messages.
Mail-in repairs and upgrades
Selected devices may be eligible for storage, memory, or other limited hardware work. Eligibility, diagnosis, data risk, shipping responsibility, parts, labor, and turnaround must be agreed before a device is shipped.
Not every problem can be resolved remotely. Physical damage, advanced data recovery, managed business networks, compromised accounts, and serious security incidents may require a specialist or manufacturer.
What is not promised
- No unlimited-support or guaranteed-fix claim.
- No 24/7 or immediate-response promise.
- No manufacturer-authorized status unless explicitly verified.
- No work beyond the approved scope without permission.
