Price and warranty
$29 diagnostic fee, taken off the repair price if you go ahead. After diagnosing it we email a quote with parts, labor and (for mail-in) insured return shipping. Nothing is repaired without your OK, and repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the part replaced and the work done. Mail it in from anywhere in the US, or drop it off in Lansing, MI by appointment.
Sending a console
Take out any discs, and don’t send controllers or games unless we ask. The original box inside a second, larger box is ideal. See the packing guide.

Can you fix a PS5 with no HDMI signal?+
Often, yes. A damaged HDMI port is a common cause, and we replace it with micro-soldering. We confirm the cause during the $29 diagnosis first.
Do you repair Xbox HDMI ports?+
Yes. We replace damaged HDMI ports on Xbox consoles as well as PS5 and PS4.
Why does my console shut off by itself?+
Often overheating from dust, a worn fan or dried thermal paste. We clean it, replace parts if needed and test it.
Can you fix a disc drive that won’t read discs?+
We diagnose disc drive problems for $29 and quote the repair before any work.
Should I send the controller?+
No, only the console, unless we ask for something else.
